We process data under contractual necessity (membership administration), safeguarding legal obligations, and consent (photography and media use).

All information is stored securely under UK GDPR. Only designated safeguarding leaders, chaperones, and first aiders will have access. Parents may request to review or amend information at any time.

Tuition is charged in 12 equal monthly payments based on 36 term-time lessons per year.

Monthly payments reserve a student's place in the timetable, ensuring the lesson space is available throughout the year.

Missed lessons are not refundable but may be rescheduled using the online system subject to availability.

Lessons cancelled by the teacher can be rescheduled.

One month's notice is required to discontinue lessons.
